Lifetime Software License
Includes up to 5 years of warranty and support. After that, only hosting charges apply. Clients may request the full source code and host it on their own server at any time.

Third-Party Software & API Integration
Integration of third-party software or APIs is available upon request and will incur additional charges.
Payment Terms
100% advance for ready-made software and projects customization on the client’s server. For custom software or website development: 50% advance, 30% during development, and 20% before source code transfer or go-live.
Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts if:
- There is a violation of these Terms.
- We detect fraudulent or suspicious activity
